When you'd see those 'house of/car of/work place of THE FUTURE ' and they'd talk about labor saved and working less for anyone but your home and I kept wondering "are the people you're paying the bills to really going to allow that?"
They didn't, they took more for themselves while convincing everyone else that the same prosperity was just around the corner if they worked a BIT harder/smarter/longer . They made that future and went there, the rest of us not so much.

A very "smart" person told me that we were moving to a society in which only 10% of humans would be employed.....the remainder would be permanently on welfare, but still living well.

He didn't properly anticipate the greed of those at the very top.

And it's the one I'm currently pushing for. The other one, which seems more likely right now, is that most of us starve or are otherwise "removed from the equation" by the people with all the money.

We'll just have to see what happens.

hopefully it will be peaceful through normal political channels and soon.

TPP seems to be the dense and heavy final straw.
