Funny, I woke up thinking my theme-of-the-day would be how the Repuke candidates are destroying the election, after having destroyed Congress, and this is the first thing I see: Justice Scalia warns that the US Supreme Court is causing the 'destruction of our democratic system'.
It was funny when the Repuke candidates started piling into the clown car, first the sheer NUMBER of them 17 then the ABSURD personalities with an EGO DISEASE making them believe they were fit to be anything in society, much less President.
Then it was more fun when the TeaBagger revolution destroyed the House and CRUZ and Rand PAUL did their number on the Senate all of them with no respect for protocol, like how it started with PALIN running across the debate stage to Vice President BIDEN to bray in his face, Hi, Joe, can I call you Joe?!
So now the Repuke candidates have absorbed the anarchy of the TeaBaggers: CHRISTIE learned from them how to beat up in an acceptable way (remember his/PAUL's shouting debacle in the 1st debate?) . TRUMP and CARSON taught them all to rebel against the Party guidelines for debates. It was just as absurd as having 17 candidates as having TEN debates. They are now organizing a putsch against the debates. The overall goal is TO STOP ALL QUESTIONS THEMSELVES AND NOT PARTICIPATE IN ANY SCRUTINY OF ANY KIND. Even now, when any of their lies are raised, they attack the questioner (for now, THE MEDIA) and distract and deflect the questioning.

(86,650 posts)want to be dictators... a role in which truth is what they claim it to be sans data. W said he wanted that himself in the earliest days of his first round as resident making him (actually the "Cabinet"/cabal who "advised" him) proto-dictator. This is a mere extension on that theme. If we don't turn this around in this cycle we can kiss the whole democracy thing and our collective a**es good-bye.

(70,711 posts)Picking who the moderators are, the whole shebang. Even in this most recent one they were refusing to answer questions, were deflecting and distracting with attacking "the media".
Any time their lies and histories are raised, they deflect/distract/attack-the-media. So, they are gearing up just not to answer to anybody.
