1. We'd be up in arms if the police™ were hurting people with a bait bike.

But hurting people in general, I guess is funny?

How did we make a leap from this video to that? Unless you're insinuating that this video is racist?

7. No my point is, that when the police hurt people for non-violent offenses, it is bad.

When regular folks hurt people for a non-violent offense, it's supposed to be funny or something.

This is on the same level as "Worlds Dumbest Criminals". It's funny not because they were hurt, but because they wouldn't have gotten shocked if they were doing the right thing. It all comes back to their actions. I just don't see the connection between this and some pissy cop who beats down a kid because the cop's pride was hurt.

Now you'll be sure to apologize to anyone who gets injured while robbing you, right?

8. I agree the police should not do this

Typically if they have a bait bike, they will deflate the front tire so he can't get away, then arrest him.

If a youtuber wants to do it, than thats on them, if the bike theifs want to sue, then they can, but they should be arrested for theft as well.

Reminds me of the kids who piss on an electric fence after being told that it would be bad. (I live in a rural area, so this happens from time to time.)

14. Saw one where they tied a long rope to a tree and the other end to the bike.

Now, if you are going to steal a bike and not notice this huge long rope attached...you deserve to get racked imo.

19. My thought too. Why not do it in a park in a non-minority neighborhood.

Just the whole theme "Pranks in the Hood" is offensive. Makes me think of the James O'Keefe videos defaming ACORN.
