Redefining "Vulture Capitalist" as "Spider Capitalist"

The vulture capitalist is actually more akin to a spider than a vulture. A vulture feeds on an already dead carcass. A spider seeks still-living and functioning prey, captures it and proceeds to suck the life out of it.

A vulture feeds on carrion. A parasite feeds off a healthy host. Bain would take over reasonably healthy companies, extract their wealth, and basically kill them in the process.
