Retrospectives of the Nicole BROWN murder are going on, with deposition tapes of SIMPSON, and there was one clip of him at the celebratory events after the trial where he said in happy incredulity at the verdict,

George Zimmerman Disgustingly Retweets Picture Of Trayvon Martins Dead Body
Author: Antiphon Freeman September 27, 2015 10:03 am
George Zimmerman just did the unthinkable.
In what is probably the most inhumane, despicable act you can think of after killing someone, Zimmerman retweeted a picture of Trayvon Martins lifeless body on Twitter Friday.
Remember that exclusive interview he had done on Sean Hannity before his trial began where he told the Martin family how sorry he was? ... ....
Well, those words went straight to hell on Friday. ....
Currently, Twitter is allowing the tweet to remain on the site. Several posters have said that they reported it, but so far no action has been taken. There is a sensitive media content blocker, but to bypass that all you need to do is hit view content and the image is made available instantly. ....
Since his release Zimmerman has taken to social media and used a number of racial slurs. To this day, he regularly refers to African-Americans as apes and proudly displays the Confederate flag as his profile image on Twitter. ....

(9,951 posts)not that I approve of vigilante justice, but it sure wouldn't disturb me in the least to read that that racist asshole had met his fate.

(100,076 posts)Let's just say that I hope that justice comes for Trayvon's family soon. Fuck that guy.
Rex
(65,616 posts)and it has caused him to lose it completely imo. Most people get punished for murdering other people and when they don't I believe it feed into their psychosis and sends them further down the path of insanity.
I believe Zippy is criminally insane and also a pathetic glory hound.

(90,767 posts)He isn't sorry he murdered Trayvon Martin. That's his claim to celebrity. (in the "being well known" definition of the word)
Otherwise unknown loser murders a person and enjoys the attention it brings.
It's sick.

(9,951 posts)That's the stupidest fucking comparison I've ever heard, and I've heard some really stupid ones.
I'm a lifelong hunter, I take pictures of myself and my kill for my memories, as do millions of hunters, and we're not comparable to trophy hunters either.
TexasBushwhacker
(20,190 posts)He is comparing Zimmerman to the hunters. Zimmerman saw Trayvon's life as worth that of an animal, not a human being.
GGJohn
(9,951 posts)so, yes, poster is comparing hunters to Zimmerman.
He's comparing us that take pictures next to our kills to Zimmerman, he said it outright, don't try to deflect what was actually said.

(46,711 posts)(Seminole County). People revel in the misfortunes of the people they do not like. It's a pastime. However, should the same misfortune befall their friends they wouldn't think twice about showing what good buddies they are by breaking the law to set things right again.
Rex
(65,616 posts)Seriously? They do that there?
Baitball Blogger
(46,711 posts)They can get vile. Zimmerman is only communicating the same thing through pictures.

(65,616 posts)I've seen and heard some evil shit in south Texas, but nothing like that. I believe Florida is trying hard to edge out Arizona and Texas as the worst state in the country.

(9,951 posts)Other that the whack job politicians, it's a beautiful state, I live up in the Flagstaff area and it's heaven on earth.
Rex
(65,616 posts)Yeah Flagstaff is beautiful lived in Tuscon for many years, loved the climate. The state as in the same fundie/crazy prepper problem Texas and Florida have. Zimmerman is part of that culture.
Most of the people I've met from all three states are very nice, but MAN do they have some fucked up politicians. Not saying we have the worst...but seems the three states like to complete in outnutting each other via RWing mouth pieces.

(89,249 posts)There is no comparison. Even if you find gravedancing offensive in other cases it's not the disgusting level of zimmerman.

(46,711 posts)Zimmerman is an example of the escalation of hubris that is common here. He is the way he is because there are people here who agree with him. And that only makes him bolder.
