c) Throw doubt on any attempts to accurately measure global temperatures.
d) Keep telling people that burning more fossil fuels is good for the economy.

Step 2: Admit global warming exists, but say it is not man-made.
a) Attack the character and credibility of climate scientists.
b) Accuse those who believe in man-made climate change of having ulterior political motives.
c) Suggest other possible explanations for temperature rise. (Use sciency language when making up explanations.)
d) Keep telling people that burning more fossil fuels is good for the economy.

Step 3: Insist global warming is actually a good thing.
a) Attack the character and credibility of climate scientists.
b) Accuse those who believe man-made climate change will result in global catastrophe of having ulterior political motives.
c) Remind people that winter is unpleasant.
d) Keep telling people that burning more fossil fuels is good for the economy.

Step 4: Tell the survivors that Earth was never such a great planet anyway.
