(13,685 posts)Fishing is a very complicated matter. There being so many variables and differing situations involved in successful fishing, learning how to fish is a constant education.
Education,in its foundation, is a matter of socialism.

Depending on the context I can imagine teaching fishing is either vocational training, avocational training, or survival training. It's probably other 'things,' too.
