This has been reported by her Deputy Clerk, via CNN.
Me thinks Ms. Davis has not seen her last of the county jail.

(58,785 posts)state or federal, do not bother to pass county jail. The allegation is that a person in a position of trust and authority not only violated a federal court order but tampered with legal documents with malicious intent. A four-year sentence would run out her term of office.

(41,694 posts)She not only should go back to jail for contempt but the state needs to bring charges of altering official state documents.

(269,063 posts)I think Kim(eh) is more spite and zealotry than hate. She has no understanding of the Constitution. People like her should live in the church headquarters and never work in a state job.

(5,586 posts)She's even admitted she doesn't know if the licenses being issued are valid.
The Governor is refusing to call a special session of the Kentucky congress to provide her with her "easy fix" to solve this issue. And seriously, if they called a special session of congress to fix everything someone had a problem with, they'd be in session 24/7/365.
As far as i'm concerned, she needs to suck it up and do the job she was elected to. This is ridiculous. The government does all kinds of things that are "against religion," and if you can't handle doing that, then perhaps you should consider a new career path.

Isn't conspiracy to commit fraud a felony?
