When the judge released her, he ordered her not to interfere with any of her deputies who assumed the duty of issuing the licenses.

But in a notice filed in court Friday, the lawyer for one of her deputies said she made substantial modifications to the marriage licenses that could undermine their validity.

"Those changes were made in some attempt to circumvent the court's orders and may have raised to the level of interference against the court's orders," wrote Richard Hughes, who represents Brian Mason, a deputy county clerk who has issued marriage licenses under the judge's order.

The changes Davis made, Hughes said, include deleting her name, all mention of Rowan County, and references to deputy clerks. Only Mason's name is on the form, not his title, with a place for him to initial rather than to use his signature.

1. It sounds like she's making the licenses non-legal.

By omitting the county of registration and any reference to the Clerks office. That appears to violate the Judge's ruling, which again finds her in Contempt of Court. More jail time for Kimmy!

I'm invoking the name of the deity Ms. Davis worships because I'm sure Jesus does not want her doing this. She is being mean, petty and vindictive. She's made it to the place where her deputy clerks are hiring lawyers to defend themselves against her. You know that popular thing, "What would Jesus do?" I think Ms. Davis needs to ask herself this.

5. Apparently the deputies' lawyers are part of the judge's order for Kim's release.

It is part of the oversights and reporting.

Somebody needs to keep an eye on what this kooky woman is doing.

Please let me know if she is discriminating same sex applicants from heterosexual applicants.

If she is deliberately selling invalid licenses, she is collecting money under false pretenses.
