When I lived in DC, I came upon a pro-life march and there were a lot of signs with huge photos of gory details. It's a fact some women wait late in the game to make a decision, or maybe they can't find an abortion clinic nearby due to these ignorant anit-abortion zealots so yes, the procedure is gory in 2nd-3rd trimester.

Anyhow, I was struck also about the goriness of those signs.
