students should be arrested first, then figure out if it is a bomb.

So the host of the show, Michaelangelo Signorile of XM/Sirius Progress radio channel 127 asked:

"so should they arrest any student bringing in any science project?"

He said yes and didnt matter if the student was Brown or not.

But he was lying, all that matters is the student is Brown and had a name that he didnt understand or was different.
