He first participated in the fitness trend as a joke, but now Mr Xida is able to perform difficult poses on the pole, including holding himself upside down with one leg and doing the splits.
Feeling fitter and healthier, the grandfather said the sport has added 'colour' and the decision to wear a revealing bra and hot pants is for a 'bit of fun'.
Wow, a lot of people in their 40s or 50s would die for this body, not to mention the flexibility and limberness.
