Confederate flag deadline draws nearer for Danville (VA)

DANVILLE — As Danville draws closer to the date it must file a response to the Heritage Preservation Association’s lawsuit, the HPA and its co-plaintiffs are determined to continue to fight for the Confederate flag’s permanent return.
The group has also filed for an injunction to .. return .. the Third National flag of the Confederacy to the grounds of the Sutherlin Mansion until the lawsuit is heard in court ...
