Kim Davis Committed a Felony For Every Same Sex Marriage License She Denied
Welcome to another episode of CSI Constitutional Rights
For each and every refusal by Sharia Kim Davis to issue a marriage license to a same sex couple upon their request, Kim Davis committed a felony. So, why has she not been charged for these criminal acts? Yes, there does exist a law in the Federal code addressing her actions.
The name for her criminal actions is :
“Deprivation of (Constitutional) Rights Under Color of Law”
So, the question really is, why has the U.S. Department of Justice not charged her? Properly argued, there is no way her claim of religious beliefs could exonerate her. This just really seems to be a continuation of the lack of pursuit of flagrant violations of constitutional rights (most notably voting suppression and electronic voting manipulations [ i.e. touchscreen vote changing]) which was the apparent policy of the Holder era. By not taking an aggressive position against Kim Davis’ criminal actions, the Justice Department is opening the door (and rolling out the red carpet) for more acts of religious tyranny and deprivation of constitutional rights. This lack of action on the part of the Justice Department has served as a tacit approval of such philosophies and behavior. Hence, along with various ALEC written laws and Supreme Court rulings granting supra rights to religious extremist beliefs and demoting secular rights to a subservient status, America now has a growing population of militant, heavily armed groups who are basically becoming the Brownshirt Borg Army of Religious Extremists and Racists. These groups have an entitlement mentality which they interpret as their right to impose their heinous and repugnant beliefs on secular America.
One need only to witness the Oathkeepers threats of physical, weapons based violence against those who would pursue criminal charges against Sharia Saint Kim Davis.
Secular America and the Justice Department must charge Kim Davis with the below cited statute and stand up to this onslaught of religious tyranny which is only going to increase and permeate every aspect of our existence unless the Justice Department stands up to them.
For this reason, charge Kim Davis with the following and charge every other county clerk in America who refuses to obey American law.

“Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or to different punishments, pains, or penalties, on account of such person being an alien, or by reason of his color, or race, than are prescribed for the punishment of citizens, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.”
