Seems in Texas we do not need our vehicles inspected or registered unless

we are engaged in commerce. Here is a video of a person who has no license plates, no inspection and is stopped by a Tomall Texas copp and then a DPS undercober criminal investigator shows up. But instead of having his vehicle towed for what the police try to convince him is multiple crimes, he is allowed to drive away as the cops wish him a good day,

All because the Texas Vehicle codes only apply to persons who are engaged in commerce.
