About 10 years ago, somebody hawked a patent and wanted to spread it among law-enforcement: Handcuffs with integrated, remote-controlled electro-shocker. "Uncooperative detainee? Motivate him with the touch of a button."
Imagine police-brutality in a world where taser-handcuffs are standard.
