Will the DOW close with no short covering rally? Looks that way.

Last week we saw little rallies in the last 30 mins of each trading day when short sellers covered their shorts. No sign of that today.

A bad sign and a bad day for the market.

The last half hour buying has been happening for years. It isn't shorts, it's the Fed DesMoinesDem Sep 2015 #1

Fed or short sellers, neither was buying at the end today.

And shouldn't the flow chart say to 'buy from 3PM to 3:30PM' when the bottom is hit rather than a little later when the prices are going up?

This, not the other hundreds of times we've said it is when the indexes wobble downward a bit, this really is the end of capitalism and the Kunstlerite descent into vermin stew and gangs of tattooed people, followed by an eventual return to a genteel Rousseauian utopia of civic general will and universal self-governance when it's somehow the richest, most brutal best-protected and best equipped people who die off in the TEOTWAWKI tsunami and the peace-loving gentle enlightened intelligentsia (you know, us) who survive and get to rebuild society as we wish it. It's now I tell you. Not last week or every few months like we said before. It's now, man.
