Oh sweet delicious irony. Rowan County, Kentucky Clerk Kim Davis, who continues to obstinately refuse to issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples because she falsely believes this indicates her approval rather than her certification that they are legally entitled to marry, unwittingly issued a marriage license to a transgender man and his pansexual wife earlier this year.
