If Trump were to fulfill his wet dream and deport

up to 20 million, maybe more from the US would this precipitate one of the worst humanitarian crises ever?

I can't see that any of the countries that would be targets for the deportations would be in any way prepared for such an insurge of people - no shelter, no food, not enough sanitary facilities etc.

I am somewhat surprised this aspect has not been covered. Maybe because most folks think that anything even remotely like this could never happen?

1. I believe this is what Jorge Ramos was trying to question him about.

The simple fact that nobody left the press conference when Ramos was kicked out is very telling.

He's just throwing red meat to the racists and nativists. Just apart from the humanitarian crisis it would cause, the deportation of all those people would hurt his wallet more than just about anybody else's because a whole lot of undocumented immigrants work in the hospitality and construction industries. If they're gone where will he get the cheap labor he needs for his businesses? I don't believe for a second that tRump actually wants to deport the people who are working for him for cheap.

He doesn't look Native American to me, because that's what it would eventually come to. Anyone's ancestors who came from another continent would have to be deported.
