A question about posting on a Senators Facebook page please

Yesterday I posted and article on my Texas Senator's FB page. Unfortunately my Senator is Ted Crtuz. So I posted a link on his page under comments that was about Josh Dugger having the rough and paid for sex with a porn star two times. It was this link:

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3210828/Porn-star-says-terrifying-rough-sex-disgraced-Josh-Duggar-TWICE-wife-pregnant-fourth-child.html#ixzz3jwSpzVyD

So my comment was immediately removed from the FB page.

So I checked and found that the "Senator Ted Cruz" FB page originates through his senate office. And so I am thinking that Ted Cruz's FB page monitor person/aide violated my constiturional right to free speech since I am invited to post a comment there and could find no restrictions posted as to rules for content allowed. But then I think limiting me to certain topice would also vilate my rights.

So I know that Cruz has been photograophed standing with J Dugger in the past and felt that the item I posted was just and informational post for all who visit Cruz's FB to see.

But it occurs to me that posting on a senator's FB page could be a great tool for the members of DU to use when their senators are trying to deny reality or what ever in the future.

I noted that Senator Cruz's FB originates from his Senate office. But be advised that not all Senator FB pages do. Some are considered originating from private sources I suppose. I am not sure how that works.

But I do know that a FB page and whatever government agency that is responsible for the FB page can be sued in federal court for deleting a person's comments because it could be seen as violating a person's freedom of free speech.

Would'nt that be the same thing happening to me by Ted Cruz's aide or office person removing my comment.

4. Yes, and as much as I, too, despise these pricks, FB will close your account for harassment.

No freedom of speech applications there, either. Private enterprise.

6. I do have the right if that platform is paid for by the taxpayer. Lawsuits have proven

that local state and federal FB pages must allow the general public access to the FB page to post.
