parked in a handicapped parking space and was accosted by a RBPD cop and the cop broke the Vet's phone?

The Veteran asked that the RBPD replace his cell phone with a new one. This is a man who did absolutely nothing wrong. It was the cop that broke the law.

The response from the RBPD chief of Police was to tell the Disabled Veteran to go F**K himself.
