Beware of False Prophets...

"I love the Bible!", bellows Donald Trump.

He loves it even more than his own book, about making a "deal". A lot of religious conservatives are about to make a "deal with the devil".

When asked in an interview about what was his one or two favorite Bible verses, he had none. Zilch.

Normally, this would mean very little in a political campaign. Politicians lie. No big deal.

However, the Donald understands that he needs the evangelical right to win any of the primaries. But, he may be trying just a little too much to sway them. Nothing will turn them off quicker than some blowhard egomaniac mocking the Good Book. Trump is walking on shaky ground with the Evangelicals.

who had sex with his patients, gave them drugs, and forced his wife to have abortions.

as long as you say "Jesus" or "Bobble", the fruitcake Christians will get on their knees for you, no matter what kind of scumbag you happen to be.

They are easily manipulated and they think they can do any horrific thing they want to because the Lard will fergiv all manner of evil.

Great moral code they've got going, huh? Never underestimate Christians' ability to vote for the biggest pieces of filth out there.

Edit to add one verse Trump and his ilk should heed if they believe:

Come now, you rich, weep and howl for the miseries that are coming upon you. 2 Your riches have rotted and your garments are moth-eaten. 3 Your gold and silver have corroded, and their corrosion will be evidence against you and will eat your flesh like fire. You have laid up treasure in the last days. 4 Behold, the wages of the laborers who mowed your fields, which you kept back by fraud, are crying out against you, and the cries of the harvesters have reached the ears of the Lord of hosts. 5 You have lived on the earth in luxury and in self-indulgence. You have fattened your hearts in a day of slaughter. 6 You have condemned and murdered the righteous person. He does not resist you. James 5: 1-6
