"opinion columnists" writing for men's magazines participated in the con.

If you look around on the web, you see the odd artice where a reporter goes on the site and does interviews of the people who use it. The fellows interviewing women sound like they're trying to write Penthouse Forum or Playboy LTTE's at the PG-13 level. It all just smacks of fakery in hindsight.

It just proves the old adage right: A fool and his money ARE soon parted!!

Someone at work pays attention, out with the girls and a guy pays attention, etc. if a married woman wants an affair, there's plenty of less cumbersome ways to do it. And they're up close and real.

Men (not all!) don't care if it'll get them laid.

And every time you read or send a message it costs you. Then they disappear and it starts up again as soon as your out of credits. Then some bots would ask you to video chat on another expensive site- owned by Ashley Madison.
Lots of men figured it out- but how are they going to sue them without their wives finding out?

increase their customer base. So, maybe it was a case of stopping by for a drink and deciding to stay for a meal...hard to know or understand the motivation of someone that would use that kind of service.

When things seem too good to be true, they often are.

Wasn't getting any interest, figured he would present himself differently in a different account...little did the pea-brain know there were no women out there perusing the profiles, nad that was the reason why he wasn't getting any.
