"Obama's Katrina"

We hear from various GOPers and their pundit operatives that this or that is "Obama's Katrina". Whether it is Benghazi or Iran or Isis or whatever, none of it pans out anyway.

But by saying "Obama's Katrina", don't they realize that they are acknowledge that GWB's response to Katrina was a giant fiasco and that his legacy is a steaming pile of crap?

It's like adding "Gate" to a Dem scandal, hey, it's pointing how corrupt your guy was, so corrupt he is now the poster child for a corrupt Presidency.
