Diversity in Tech? Not so much. . .

Gender and ethnicity diversity in largest social media and tech companies compared to the US population - Kaiser Permanente is the most female US company in the list:

it looks like in most of those companies, white folks are less represented than they are in the general populace, while asians are wildly over-represented.
