Is DU running slower than usual? It sure is for me. If it is I suspect it is because of the recent

controversies, and in a weird way that is a good thing because it gives us an opportunity to talk about racial issues, and try to understand it from all perspectives.

Too many times a dialog involving race is avoided, and that I think is part of the problem.

And we're seeing strange new twists too...it may well lead to a better and more honest dialogue.

And the more open dialogue may not please a lot of people. The truth of a lot of things has gotten pretty obscure.
