ok this picture just popped up on tinypic public server /w only the tag gaza , palestine, (edit out)

had to edit out a word that mis printed along headline- photed tagged with this- gaza , palestine ,فلسطين ,غزه

Does anyone recognize the Uniforms or area this picture could have been taken? that spray to the face is an eye burner.
