It's My Dream End Of The Trump's Candidacy
I would like to have Trump say:
"I had no intention of ever going the distance to get the Repug nomination for President.
I'm not a politician - I'm a businessman. Why would I want to be President. I make more money than a President anyway and I only jumped in this race to prove how corrupted our system of electing a President is. I'm rich so I don't have to beg for money and sell out my principles and be beholden to billionaire benefactors. Money has corrupted the system. Hell I can buy a President just like the Koch's are doing if I wanted to. Why would I want the headaches of being a President. If I bought him/her I can just tell him/her what I want him/her to do. I'd own them.
And I purposely said outrageous things - because as a showman - I know that this is what gets coverage. These 16 other candidates for the Repug nomination are all vying to say the most ridiculous things in order to get attention. So bottom line what we have is a candidate that says the most outrageous things that has amassed a huge sum of money from billionaires that they are beholden to that gets elected President. It is not the person that really cares about this country. My outrageous statements only spawned even more outrageous statements from the other candidates to out outrageous me. Really people - is this how we should elect a President?
So again - I purposely took this primary to its limits to illustrate just how corrupt we've come in this country to elect someone to lead it.
The media plays right into this scenario - because they are only in it to make money as well. All that money from those rich benefactors - goes to producing and running contrived campaign commercials that are full of half truths and lies and out of context sound bytes in order to manipulate The People into voting for a contrived candidate. So it is in the best interest of the media to have many candidates running - because there is more money to be made running these contrived campaign ads. Actually - the media is making fools of us rich guys - because they are taking us to the cleaners and we are obliging them.
Yes - I've taken this to its most silly place to illustrate those points. Bottom line - what I really want to do is make a statement that money should be taken out of politics. Elections should be publically funded to be fair to all the candidates.
Debates should really be debates - not a collection of sound bytes to be used in future contrived campaign ads. We should really debate the issues and not just grab for attention and pose for a beauty contest.
So people don't criticize me. I'm just being a patriot here and I did this for you - so that we can work together to change this corrupted system. I did a good job didn't I.
And bottom line you know - I would have won the Presidency if I stayed in this to the end. Because I am the Donald."
That is how I'd like to see the Donald go out. If he would do this he would be doing a great service to this country and maybe - just maybe - The People would wake up and see how manipulated we've become.
