Same poll always gives sizable advantage to Dems on "Looking out for the middle class," but usually gives advantage to GOP on "Dealing with the economy." WTF?
Same poll usually gives GOP sizable advantage on "Dealing with foreign policy" when their answer to everything foreign is bombs, bombs, and more bombs. WTF?

If jobs get mentioned at all it's in relation to how the latest job growth number effects stocks or Christmas retail numbers.

I personally wouldn't use the stock market as a barometer of general economic health, but I guess it does allow for colorful charts that even a child can read.
