CNN: Could Koch brothers take out Donald Trump?

Donald Trump wasn't invited to address some 450 top conservative donors who gathered here at a lush oceanfront hotel for a policy-focused retreat hosted by the Koch brothers and their powerful political network.

So the real estate magnate turned to Twitter on Sunday to mock rivals -- former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, Florida Sen. Marco Rubio, Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, Texas Sen. Ted Cruz and former Hewlett Packard chief executive Carly Fiorina -- who were given entrée to potential backers at the luxurious gathering.

"I wish good luck to all of the Republican candidates that traveled to California to beg for money etc. from the Koch Brothers," Trump tweeted Sunday. "Puppets?"

They're all playing on the same team: the Billionaire Bullshit Club.

I do not see any difference between Trump and the other side. Yes, Trump is his own puppet, but how is it any less problematic.

After all, it is a choice between Briber (Trump has recognized having bribed people on both sides of the aisle) and people being bribed (Walker, Bush, ....).

On policy issues, Bush is marginally less offensive than Trump (but only marginally).

Trump is an obsessive enemy they don't need

they've spent decades fighting their own brothers, last thing they need is a feud with Trump

He is, therefore, in competiton with the Koch Brothers.

The Republican campaign looks a lot like a cut throat bussiness compettion

The next logical step would be to import an H1B visa holder to run for president.
