1. The Kochs.

They have the money, the infrastructure and the GOP-establishment. All Trump has is his mouth (and some mouth-breathers).

Even if Trump wins the primary, I have doubts the Kochs would support him: They won't support somebody they can't control. The Kochs will rather hand the WH to the Democrats and bide their time than create another out-of-control-monster like the Tea Party but bigger, meaner and worse.

I can't stand the Kochs, but whatever they are or anen't, they most definitely are beady-eyed businessmen. They have little in common with a crooked bullshitter like Trump.

I can't imagine they would be suckered in by a few nights in Trumps garish-but-cheaply-built golf-course bullshit.

All gazillionaires are not in the same club.

Trump is a populist nationalist, whereas Kochs are corporate liberatarians

Trump is a belicose blowhard who craves publicity, Koch's (Charles in particular) are very mild mannered and are historically about as publicity shy as they come, becoming the second largest publicly held corp in the country before most people had even heard of them or their company - only Cargill is larger, yet most everybody's heard of Cargill for decades

Trump puts a giant 'T' on everything he touches, Koch do most of their bidding behind bland positive sounding groups

My guess would be Koch's tolerate Trump as a lesser peer, a loose cannon with little class, a risk to be managed

All the money Trump can scrape together is mere chump change compared to what the Koch brothers will be spending.

republican spending is great for local economies, none of them work for free, eat cheap or stay in cheap hotels.

selling airtime. It's all about professional courtesy between the 1%ers.

Oh, Romney only stayed in Marriott hotels, a courtesy between Mormon 1%ers. Hell, he even sits on the board of Marriott.

using 'his' contacts/association with Marriott hotels to funnel all those 'donations' towards his and his 'brothers' pockets. Some of the wealthiest people are cheap as heck.

but that's the way republicans spend their 'donation' money from politics and their fake-tax-free charities money-nothing new about that.

I'm not convinced that Trump won't get bored in another few months, and for all that he brags about his wealth, I wonder if he's got some serious debts, too.
