CNN-Cop tosses food at homeless man in custody

Police in Sarasota, Florida, are investigating video of a cop seen throwing peanuts into the mouth of a homeless man in custody on July 18. CNN affiliate WFLA reports.

When the video appears. That's what they do when they know the cameras are rolling. Imagine what goes on out of camera range.
