Jared Fogle -- FBI Reportedly Have Texts Bragging About Sex With 16-Year-Old


Jared Fogle reportedly paid $100 to have sex with a 16-year-old girl ... an encounter he called "amazing."

The FBI has subpoenaed text messages between Jared and a Subway employee with whom he was having a sexual relationship, according to Business Insider, which broke the story.

According to the report, in 2008 Jared wanted the woman to advertise herself on Craigslist to have sex with other men so he could watch. He allegedly said he'd pay $500 per encounter. Business Insider says the woman responded, "Is this the same website you found that 16-year-old girl that you f*****? I still can't believe you only paid $100 to her."

The report says Jared responded, "It was amazing!!!"

The woman says she went to Subway to complain, but the company did nothing.

Fogle's attorney did not respond to Business Insider.

The age of consent in Ohio is 16 too...IF both partners are 19 or younger. A 17 year old can hook up with a 20 year old, but a 21 year old hooking up with that 17 year old is going to go on the sexual predator registry. So if you're 21 and up, your partner better be at least 18.

If I had to bet I think he's full of crap about the craigslist encounter. Apparently him and the woman (his girlfriend at the time) he was texting discussed all sorts of freaky sexual topics in 2008, I bet he was lying as a form of bragging or to sound cool.

They would have to find an alleged victim here and it was 7 years ago, that may be a tough wall to climb. If I was him I would just say I made it up to sound edgy.
