This waste of oxygen went to extraordinary effort to kill a lion with a bow and arrow, and the used a rifle when he failed. That does make it different than the horrific killings by LEOs and mass murderers. In fact, gun deaths of humans are so common that we are getting habituated to them. Not surprising that the news of the lion killing has gotten so much attention.

Attempt to talk with someone about a mass shooting or a LEO killing an unarmed person and the next 5 minutes will be consumed determining "Which one?"
