It’s true we Americans cannot remember anything political for more than 24 hours – a week at most, right? So, it’s to be expected that we seem to have forgotten a time when Iran, Israel, and the US neo-Cons were thick as (literal) thieves. Best of buds they were as they lied, cheated, stole, and poisoned an American presidential election. Oh, yeah, King Reagan was involved, too. We’ll try to remember on tonight’s program.
Also, Hillary Clinton has been acting all presidential lately. Have you noticed? An example: When asked at a campaign stop in Iowa about her position on the Keystone XL pipeline, she answered, “If it’s undecided when I become president, I will answer your question.” See? This is what passes for “presidential.” It’s almost as bad as the Republicans. No . . . wait . . . nothing is as bad as the Republicans, not even being eaten alive by fire ants and giant scorpions.

Plus, our usual dark, dreary, almost-suicidal topics that bring a pall of wet gloom to even the sunniest summer day.
