Cities need to stop covering police messes for lawsuit.

Even if the police refuse to prosecute their own, they will lose the civil suit. Right now cities end up picking up the tab.

We need to demand that cities stop doing this. They should force their police to carry liability insurance and if the money runs out from that, the police are going to face budget problems.

The ordinary person shouldn't be literally paying for cops to act like cowboys. When cops realize that it is their bonuses and budget on the line, they'll start acting more civilized.

The Police have no business murdering innocent unarmed citizens in
the first place, but since they seem determined to keep doing just that,
THEY need to pay the damages, out of their own fucking pockets.

Can you say "Retirement Funds" <-- this would stop this shit, and fast.

If the insurance company would have to pay damages too many times, the officer would be dropped and become unemployable as a police officer.
