Proposed ordinance in Danville would limit what flags can fly from city-owned flagpoles (VA)

... If approved, the only flags that would be able to be flown from flagpoles in the city would be the flag of the United States, the Commonwealth of Virginia flag, the City of Danville flag, and the POW/MIA flag.
The ordinance would remove the Confederate flag from the Sutherlin mansion property owned by the city ...
