Watch Mika Brzezinski’s amazing emotional takedown of Mike Huckabee over his Nazi ‘oven’ comment

Last edited Mon Jul 27, 2015, 02:15 PM - Edit history (1)

MSNBC’s Mika Brzezinski choked up on Monday as she declared that Republican presidential candidate Mike Huckabee was not fit to run the country because he had compared President Barack Obama’s nuclear deal with Iran to ovens that were used by Nazis in the Holocaust.

During an interview with the conservative media outlet Breitbart News over the weekend, Huckabee had accused the Obama administration of being “naive” on foreign policy.

“This president’s foreign policy is the most feckless in American history. It is so naive that he would trust the Iranians,” the former Arkansas governor charged. “By doing so, he will take the Israelis and march them to the door of the oven.”

Brzezinski could not contain her shock as she read the comments for the first time on the Monday edition of Morning Joe.

although she was much more restrained than I expected. And surprisingly, Joe sat quietly and then they went to commercial. I thought it was powerful.

to help purge the GOP candidate field of crazies. I'll bet dollars to donuts that he got his marching instructions today from the party elite and what better way to do it than have a woman with quasi Dem credentials issue the condemnation. Scarborough's silence was telling, given that he is such a mouthpiece. He's deflecting blowback from Huckabee's supporters to Mika and not alienating the big boys.

fuck this clown....

Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee defended himself Monday after President Barack Obama slammed his comments linking the Iran deal to the Holocaust as "ridiculous" and "sad."

"What's 'ridiculous and sad' is that President Obama does not take Iran's repeated threats seriously. For decades, Iranian leaders have pledged to 'destroy,' 'annihilate,' and 'wipe Israel off the map' with a 'big Holocaust,'" Huckabee said in a statement Monday just hours after Obama spoke. "Never again' will be the policy of my administration and I will stand with our ally Israel to prevent the terrorists in Tehran from achieving their own stated goal of another Holocaust."
