... you might want to check with this elderly black judge who dared to smoke outside a courthouse one afternoon:

Note that of the 411 comments, less than a dozen, several of those mine, even mentioned the cause of the attack: hatred against smokers. Of those few that DID mention smoking, note the ones that were sympathetic to the view that the judge shouldn't have been smoking.
