At nearly two in the morning, the diehards left at the Blue Moon Saloon in Lafayette, Louisiana on December 22, 2011 were witness to the Figs' transformation of their own "And So It Goes" into a cover of the Talking Heads "Psycho Killer."

Some musicians who knew her personally were mourning her loss on Facebook and posted the video. I figured if they could handle it, DU could too.

And yes, dammit, Americans need something to wake them up.

I’ve had some disappointments in my life but every time I think “the President is upset, and he’s going to do something about this...” (e.g. post Sandy Hook which isn’t too far from where I live) I am disappointed. How much money could the NRA be giving our elected officials that this is allowed to go on? Certainly there must be SOMEONE in the government who understands that WE WANT THIS TO STOP?!
