Shooter John Russell Houser has presence online as ultra-conservative

he man identified as killing two people and wounding nine more in last night's shooting is John Russell Houser, 59, of Alabama. He's also known as Rusty Houser, and apparently has a presence on social media as an outspoken conservative.

The last thing someone posting as Rusty Houser posted on Facebook was in 2013, when he linked to an article called "A woman's place in the church and the weak church elder."

He wrote, "The bible doesn't ask me to like what it says, only to obey it. Death comes soon to the financially failing filth farm called the US."

He only had two things liked on Facebook, among them "I hate liberals!"

Terrorism requires that the person committing the act is trying to put fear into others for the sake of their ideology. I haven't seen anything yet that this asshat has issued a manifesto, or went in yelling "Live free or die!!!!" or in any other way said or did anything that would make it a political or ideological statement. But who knows - that may yet turn up.

I think it was no accident that this person chose "Trainwreck" as the canvas to throw blood on. Women. Sexually assertive, smart, powerful women are the biggest threat this type of white man faces.

Disclaimer: I have no evidence that would suggest this killer is involved in "MRA" or other anti-woman behavior, but it sure wouldn't surprise me, either. I see what I see, and I don't see a coincidence.

3. The RWNJ threw a fit when DHS reported on the threat of right wing terrorism.

Apparently it never occurred to any of them that a daily dose of "death panels", "FEMA camps", "UN takeovers", illegal aliens, and "Muslin/socialist/marxist/fascist/atheist in the WH" (along with a slew of other crap), "must have more guns!", mixed together with a not-so-mentally stable person might be problematic.
