Ohio State Fair Bans Display, Sale Of Confederate Flag

COLUMBUS, Ohio - Officials at the Ohio State Fair have announced vendors will be banned from selling and/or displaying images of the Confederate flag.

In a statement, a spokesman says the Fair has a “long held policy that prohibits the sale of merchandise that contains offensive wording, lettering or graphics.” The Fair goes on to state that anyone found selling Confederate flag-related items will be asked to remove the merchandise.
