Dorothy Cooper was born in 1915, before women or African Americans could exercise the right to vote in the United States. In 70 years, she’s missed just one election. She doesn’t intend to miss another. She knows what she needs to her vote in Tennessee count, and with the help of a local volunteer she’s determined to get it.
