A jury trial date is set for former reserve deputy Robert Bates.
During a Monday morning arraignment, Bates entered a not guilty plea and requested a jury trial.
Bates is charged with second degree manslaughter after the April 2nd shooting of Eric Harris.

Bates' trial is set for February 8, 2016.
