With These Rings I Thee Wed!
The mayor of Amsterdam performed the first gay weddings
for two male couples and one female couple in 2001.
(The video is posted on an earlier thread)
The first couple secretly had rings tattooed under
their fingers, and surprised the mayor by removing the
rings and presenting them to him.
The story and the rings are in the Amsterdam Museum.
I took this picture in 2013, while visiting.
