MSM: R Defeat On The ACA Is A Win For...Republicans (??)

Yep. That's what I heard from an MSNBC talking head analyst today: the SCOTUS upholding the ACA is a win for Rs because they can breathe a sigh of relief that they didn't have to come up with the actual alternative plan that they have never proposed.

While one can see the point, the larger point is that no matter what seems to happen, someone in the media will spin it as a win for the Rs. Imagine what they would be saying if the SCOTUS had struck down the subsidies!

2. Yes...the GOP, in spite of

all their "repeal obamacare bluster" understands, the vast majority of those that would have been negatively impacted are in Red States (their Base)...and for some damned reason...They Also Like Health Care! If SCOTUS had Gutted the ACA today...it would have totally Hurt their chances in the upcoming elections....
