A rain storm has me out of the garden and in my garage. ACA thoughts

I grabbed my phone to check DU. My delight (and relief) at the SCOTUS/ACA news runs deep. So does my frustration with the TPP matter. And my sorrow at the Charleston shooting. And wonder at the speed of the flag disassociation.
A few things...We know that political victories are hard fought and often take long and twisted roads...and that much of what we see going on today makes little to no sense.
I am getting to know many of you more and more over time. My respect for your passion and efforts and intellect only grows.
Are we lucky or what? Consider our candidates for 2016. Then consider theirs.
Lightning is now flashing...gonna head in.
Thanks DU for making my day. Many of them, really, since I found you in 2004.
Today common sense and dignity prevailed. Who knows what tomorrow will bring.

TPP possibly not being voted on until the Middle of 2016 Election Campaign is also good news. More time to fight against it and hold our Candidates and Congressional Reps accountable for their vote. Fingers crossed for a couple of good things...amidst the sorrow of Charleston which may bring change that is positive in the long run.
