Non Sequiter did a panel showing the inside of a slave galley, with maybe thirty percent of the rowers that should have been there, and someone explaining to the guy beating the drum to maintain the rowing pace, "Hey, you're the one who thought the government should operate more like private industry." I have it on my refrigerator because it so neatly encapsulates what's wrong out there.
