OMAHA, Neb. —One Omaha dad is spending his Father’s Day weekend saving lives. This dad lost his son to cancer, so in his son’s memory, he organized a blood drive.

Timothy Seretta loved goofing around with his baby boy Henry. Last November, 7-month-old Henry died from leukemia.

“When Henry went to the hospital, his white blood cell count was close to 600,000,” Seretta said.

Henry needed blood and the transfusions he received allowed him to hang on a little longer.

I don't think I could survive the death of my baby.

RIP, Henry.

in one of the info-gathering rooms, there's a picture of a three year old boy who died of cancer on Christmas day....the quote from his parents says, "No matter what happened, we appreciate those people who let us have our son for one more day, one more hour, one more minute."
