you used to have to rely on finding random booklets left on urinals at highway rest stops. For a long time I thought the only one was the guy who has a heart attack in church and has to watch the movie of his life with God (just before he's cast into the pit of hell). That's a classic.Although I do remember the Halloween one where the local witches are poisoning candy and a couple about Catholics. Some of the best comedy ever written.
